Harbor Lookout House Rules

• Please use only our garage to park your vehicle overnight. 
• Do not park in front of garage.No more than 2 vehicles are allowed at the property AT ANY TIME.
• Do not block the neighbor's driveway or the private road. 
• Do not use neighboring shoreline or pathways between homes. 
• Quiet hours are between 11PM to 7AM.
• Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted. 
• Please exercise caution on or around the water. 
• The current is swift. 
• Do not smoke or vape in the house. 
• Please use the handrail when using the stairs.

Before You Leave

1. Load the dishwasher and start it prior to leaving
2. Put the used towels in the designated laundry area
3. Take the trash up to the outside trash cans on the side of garage
4. Turn off all lights
5. Leave the garage door opener on the table
6. Lock all doors and windows
